Ryan Lund’s leadership philosophy is rooted in accountability. Whether the team is completing a multi-million-dollar commercial glazing project or repairing a screen door for a homeowner, he believes every job carries the same responsibility: delivering on the promise of absolute quality – on time – and on budget.
Ryan began his career with Rutland Glass in 2007 in the fabrication shop, gaining field-based experience with the craft that built the company. He later moved into installation and estimating, developing a deep understanding of every stage of the business. In 2014, he stepped into the role of President, continuing the legacy established by his father while guiding the company into its next chapter of growth.
Ryan has never forgotten what built the Rutland Glass name – hard work, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the customer. He is proud of the work the team has accomplished and remains passionate about delivering on the promise of excellence for years to come.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys making the most of everything the Okanagan has to offer — whether that’s on the golf course, out on the lake, or simply enjoying the sunshine.

Dave Neuman began his career with Rutland Glass in 1979 as a journeyman installer and has been a dedicated part of the company ever since. With decades of operational experience in the glazing industry, Dave brings extensive knowledge of the trade to the projects the company delivers.
In 1990, Dave moved into project management and has since played a key role in guiding projects from planning through completion. As a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager, Dave has seen and done just about everything the industry can offer, bringing valuable insight, leadership, and problem-solving to every project. Today, as General Manager, he continues to support the team while upholding the high standards of quality and service that Rutland Glass is known for during his 47 years.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, Barb, visiting their grandchildren, and cheering on his favorite teams—the Toronto Blue Jays and Edmonton Oilers. He also enjoys watching curling and proudly considers himself an avid “couch quarterback and pitcher.”

Brendon has grown into a key member of the Rutland Glass leadership team and started his career with the company in 2008. Learning from the ground up by starting in the fabrication shop, gaining valuable applied experience in the glazing industry.
After earning a Bachelor’s-Degree in Sports Management in 2013, Brendon returned to Rutland Glass in 2015 as an Estimator in the Kelowna office. Through dedication and a comprehensive understanding of the industry, he progressed to Project Coordinator and later Project Manager in 2018. During this time, he also oversaw operations for the company’s Vancouver division from 2018 to 2023.
Following his return to Kelowna with his young family, Brendon stepped into the role of Assistant General Manager. In this position, he oversees estimating, project management, residential services, and fabrication operations. Committed to supporting employees, the communities Rutland Glass serves, and delivering exceptional glazing solutions, Brendon plays a central role in the company’s continued growth.
Outside of the office, Brendon is a dedicated father and sports enthusiast. Whether playing beer league hockey or spending time on the golf course, he enjoys staying active and connected to the local community.

Brittany Lund grew up in the family business, beginning her first role in 1994 assembling mirror clip bags. Over the years, she gained experience in the retail department before transitioning into the back office, where she has served as our Financial Controller for 10+ years. In addition to overseeing financial operations, Brittany supports the company across multiple areas including HR, administration, management, and company events, to name a few.
Known for her promptness, precision, organization, and collaborative approach, Brittany brings a strong sense of teamwork and reliability to her role.
Outside of work, Brittany is an adventurer and a mother who enjoys spending time in nature—whether around a campfire or sharing a great meal with friends and family. Building community, both personally and professionally, is at the heart of everything she does.

Janelle joined the company in 2022 and serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors. As Office Manager, she helps keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating retail, residential, and automotive glass services. Her responsibilities include answering calls, assisting customers with inquiries, ordering glass, handling automotive glass claims, and scheduling installers.
With nearly eight years of experience in the glass industry, Janelle brings valuable knowledge and a strong focus on customer service. She takes pride in providing clear communication, professionalism, and a positive experience for every customer interaction.
Janelle is known for her organization and attention to detail, helping ensure inquiries are handled efficiently and customers receive reliable, high-quality service.
Outside of work, Janelle enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets. She also enjoys reading and crafting to relax and stay creative.

Shawn Savor began his glazing career in 1991 in Vancouver, specializing in high-end custom residential projects. Over time, he expanded his expertise into commercial glazing, gaining extensive experience in complex installations and large-scale developments.
In 2022, Shawn joined Rutland Glass as Retail Manager, where he leads the residential service division and works closely with homeowners to deliver tailored glazing solutions. With more than three decades in the industry, he brings extensive knowledge of craftsmanship, customer service, and project management to every client interaction.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, and camping. He also enjoys visiting hot springs with his family and practicing yoga to stay balanced and grounded.

Chris Jacobson joined Rutland in 2017 and brings over 20 years of experience in construction estimating. As a Senior Estimator, he specializes in quantity take-offs and costing for competitive bids, combining a strong background in accounting with a passion for numbers and detail-oriented analysis. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University. Chris has built his career around delivering thorough analysis, clear communication, and dependable cost forecasting for a wide range of projects.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time at his cabin with family and friends and getting outdoors to participate in a variety of sports.

George joined Rutland Glass in 2024 as a Project Manager in the Commercial Division at the Kelowna office. He began his career in the glazing industry in 2009 as a commercial glazier in Vancouver, where he developed strong technical skills and hands-on experience working on a wide range of commercial projects.
Over the years, George has worked on projects across North America, gaining valuable experience on everything from storefront replacements and tenant improvements to large-scale tower developments. His time in the field gave him in-depth knowledge of glazing systems, construction processes, and the importance of coordination between trades to deliver successful projects.
In 2023, George transitioned into project management, bringing his extensive field knowledge and practical perspective into the office. In his role at Rutland Glass, he works closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. His background in the trade allows him to anticipate challenges, support installers in the field, and help deliver reliable solutions for complex glazing projects.
Outside of work, George enjoys spending time with his family, playing lacrosse, and attending live music events.

Corey Peters began his glazing career in 2000 and brings more than two decades of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of large-scale construction projects across British Columbia, building strong expertise in complex glazing installations and project coordination.
In 2023, Corey joined Rutland Glass as the Vancouver Project Manager, where he oversees projects throughout the region, ensuring quality workmanship, efficient execution, and strong collaboration with contractors and clients.
Outside of work, Corey enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Brian Shiosaki began his career with Rutland Glass in 1988 and has been an integral part of the company ever since. He completed glazing school at BCIT and earned his Red Seal Glazing certification, building a strong technical foundation that has supported nearly four decades of craftsmanship and leadership.
As Fabrication Manager, Brian is an expert in aluminum glazing systems, aluminum doors, and hardware. From layout to fabrication, he has a advanced expertise of how systems come together and what it takes to turn architectural designs into finished products. Simply put, if architects can draw it, Brian can build it.
Brian has been involved in the fabrication of virtually every Rutland Glass project since he started and continues to play a key role in maintaining the company’s high standards of quality and precision. With 38 years of dedicated service, he takes great pride in the company he has helped build and in the workmanship that goes into every project, while mentoring and training the next generation of fabricators.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys fly fishing (or any kind of fishing), hiking, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
