Early Engagement
We connect with design teams during pre-construction to provide budget guidance, specification input, and material options — long before the tender.

Tender & Award
Our estimating team produces a detailed, competitive tender. Once awarded, we assign a dedicated project manager and begin shop drawing preparation immediately.

Fabrication
Glass and aluminium systems are fabricated in our Kelowna plant using premium materials, precision equipment, and in-house quality control at every stage.

Installation
Our field crews are experienced, efficient, and safety-conscious. We coordinate with GC site schedules to minimize delays and maintain clean, organized work areas.

Handover & Warranty
We complete thorough deficiency reviews, provide warranty documentation, and remain available for any post-completion support. Our relationships don't end at substantial completion.
